The action-packed webtoon “Mr. War” has officially been adapted into an anime!
A Full-Scale vertwo Production
This one is especially close to our hearts because of the sheer scale of vertwo‘s involvement. For the “Mr. War” webtoon, our studio poured our absolute best into the entire visual and editorial pipeline. We handled the character design, backgrounds, sketching, line art, coloring, lettering, and editing.
Building a world from the ground up and bringing those intense characters to life week after week was an incredible journey for our artists. To see those very same character designs and atmospheres now fully animated and voiced is the ultimate reward for our creative team!
Giving Voice to the Action
Bringing characters from a webtoon to life requires an incredible voice cast, and the team behind Mr. War absolutely delivered! The anime features an immensely talented lineup of voice actors, including Tetsuya Kawato, Naoyuki Shimotsuru, Akira Miki, Miyuki Sakurai, and Yuta Suminaga, who perfectly capture the intense energy, grit, and distinct personalities of the characters we spent so much time designing. Hearing our visual creations speak and battle with such raw emotion adds a completely new and thrilling dimension to the story.
